They say there are angels,
Who guard from above.
They watch us, and bless us,
With peace and with love.
They pick up the pieces.
They quiet our fears,
Encourage our dreams,
And dry all our tears.
Hope, comfort and strength,
And love without measure,
Are gifts they they give us.
Things we can treasure.
The angles of heaven,
Were there in great number,
To guard the small manger,
The babe in His slumber.
Were you with the angels,
That first Christmas night,
Rejoicing and praising,
With all of your might?
They say there are angels.
Perhaps many we know,
Who stayed not in heaven,
But watch here, below.
As we watched at the stable,
The night of His birth,
May this angel remind you,
Of those here, on earth.
May the spirit of Christmas and the light of your guardian angel be ever present during this holiday season and always.
