Welcome Callen! Congratulations to Jason and Paige!
We’ve had several recent milestones within the family. Here are three. Cris Dunn posted about the arrival of her new grandchild. Callen was born to parents Jason and Paige Clough. She notes that “Jason and Paige are very grateful that this little angle has come into their lives.” After a “bit of a rough start” in the NICU, Callen is doing well. Welcome Callen! Congratulations to Jason and Paige! Additionally, Nathan Beach completed his associate degree at Weber State University in Ogen, UT. Nathan is focused on his studies in user interface and user experience (UI/UX) in the computer science department. If all continues as planned, he will complete his baccalaureate by Christmas of this year. Finally, we celebrate Aijah Blackburn for her baptism recently in Grantsville, UT. We are all proud of her decision to make a covenant with Heavenly Father.

A few weeks ago we joined the Amrine family to celebrate Alia's baptism into The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The ordinance took place at the Stockbridge GA chapel. Her mother, Kyra, said, "We love Alia, Yahoo number 3! Great job!"
Caleb Amrine (8) was baptized and confirmed a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on May 30, 2020 in Stockbridge, Georgia. His father, David Amrine, performed the religious ordinances. Caleb's mother, Kyra Amrine, referred to the idea of Caleb reaching this important life milestone as "craziness". Caleb is the second child in the family and second to make the baptismal covenant.
When asked before hand what he thought about it, Caleb express both excitement and apprehension. David expressed pride in Caleb's choice. All four of the grandparents were able to participate in various roles in the meeting and rite. Caleb's older brother, Aiden, also participated as an official witness. Aiden Amrine Baptism
McDonough, GA - Michael Beach April 28, 2018 Family gathered to support Aiden Amrine, and to witness this important event. The ordinances of baptism and confirmation mark Aiden’s official membership in the Stockbridge Georgia Ward of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. More specifically these ordinances represent Aiden entering into a covenant with Heavenly Father that has eternal impact. The ordinances were performed by Aiden’s father, David Amrine. Aiden has been excited for weeks as he prepared for the event, as were his parents David and Kyra Amrine. They were joined at the baptism by both sets of grandparents. Louise and James Amrine made the trek to Georgia from their home in Morgantown, WV, while Michelle and Michael Beach arrived from Stafford, VA. As the first of the Amrine children, Aiden has set a wonderful example for his younger siblings as he took this first steps along the covenant path. The rest of the day was filled with fun enjoying the perfect weather with outdoor activities. T-ball, water gun fights and evening fireworks rounded out the day. |
