Our angel mother passed peacefully to the next life surrounded by her family on January 24, 2019. She died at Ogden Regional Medical Center from complications from pneumonia.

She was born Paulene Fay Miller in Berwick, PA, to Lester Edmund Miller and Velma Pearl Wilson on March 7, 1941.

She married Frederic Ambrose Beach on August 11, 1962, in Williamsport, PA. They were later sealed in the Washington D.C. Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in January 1975.

Paulene loved spending time with her family. The holidays were her favorite because the family would be together. She loved to sew and crochet and made each of her children and grandchildren quilts for their weddings. She was an avid reader and loved novels involving church history. She loved doing family history work and located and provided work for over 40,000 ancestors. She worked in the Brigham City Temple once a week as a switchboard operator and loved every minute. She was a member of the Brigham City 16th ward

She is survived by her children: Lisa (Curtis) Mann, North Ogden; Michael (Michelle) Beach, Stafford, VA; Daniel (Denise) Beach, Honeyville; Cris (Jerry) Dunn, Brigham City; and Vangee Nez, Sanostee, NM; 20 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; brother Paul Miller, Berwick, PA; and sisters Marqueen (Joseph) Kitta, Berwick, PA, and Shirley Miller, Boyertown, PA.

She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, her sister Gladys, her brother Carl and grandson Schuyler.
Funeral services will be held Friday, February 1, 2019, at 1 p.m. at Myers Mortuary Chapel, 205 S. 100 East, Brigham City, UT. A viewing will be held Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the mortuary. Interment will be at Calls Fort Cemetery.

We wish to thank the nurses and doctors at Ogden Regional Medical Center’s Intermediate Care Unit for their very good care.
Mom, you’ll always be our angel. You’ve watched over us all from the beginning and we know you’ll always be watching over us. Spread your wings and fly!
